I really enjoyed my stay-the rooms were modern, comfy, and worth the price. The staff was professional and prompt, and the location made it easy to explore nearby attractions.
Breakfast offerings could be more flexible with reservation times.

I liked the location - super close to Feng Chia Night Market, just a short 10-minute stroll. The room was really spacious and comfy, plus we had a nice view from the window! It was also cool that they had a restaurant with surprisingly good European dinner options on a high floor.
The check-in process was a total mess! The automated system was confusing, especially with my last name. No staff was around to help until I got lucky and found someone. breakfast was overpriced for what you got; it was just average and not worth it. Honestly, I expected better.

Great location, walking distance to the local night market and university area. Rooms are well-equipped with warm shower gel and a toilet with a warmer which is useful during winter. the hotel environment is quiet and staff is polite and nice.
The room size is not big enough for a family. the metal platform at the bedside makes it hard to plug in and out the sockets.

Modern room, very nice city view, attentive staff, world class breakfast, free parking, closeness to night market.
Can't fault anything about it.

The room had a nice city view and the breakfast was world-class. The hotel also offered free parking and was located close to a night market. These were definite pluses for my business trip.
There wasn't enough toiletries provided for the number of people booked in the room. This led to an awkward sharing situation with towels.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance of the famous night market here. I loved being able to explore the vibrant atmosphere and try out all the delicious street food. The room itself was incredibly comfortable and spacious, with some interesting art pieces that added a unique touch. The staff were attentive and helpful, making the check-in and check-out process simple and easy. They even assisted me with storing my luggage before I could officially check-in. Additionally, the hotel offered a wide range of amenities such as air conditioning, an electric kettle, and a flat-screen TV, adding to the overall comfort of my stay.
I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting this city. The hotel offers enhanced comfort and quality services that truly make your stay unforgettable.
